  • Liderar el desarrollo y la ejecución de la estrategia global full funnel en marketing digital para medios pagados, sociales y search, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos generales del negocio y la identidad de marca.
  • Diseñar, implementar y optimizar campañas de marketing digital multicanal (SEM, social ads, programática, display, etc.) con un enfoque en la maximización del ROI/ROAS, generación de leads y conversión.
  • Monitorear y analizar el performance de todas las campañas digitales utilizando herramientas avanzadas de análisis, proponiendo mejoras continuas y optimizaciones basadas en datos. Gestionar KPIs clave como CTR, CPA, ROAS y conversión.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de contenidos, creatividad, SEO, CRM y producto para asegurar la coherencia en todas las campañas y mejorar el customer journey desde la adquisición hasta la retención.
  • Trabajar con agencias y partners, llevando una supervisión férrea y con capacidad de crítica constructiva acerca de los resultados presentados por estos, fomentando la colaboración entre equipos y una cultura de mejora continua y excelencia en la ejecución de campañas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en marketing digital, tecnologías emergentes y cambios en las plataformas publicitarias, asegurando que la compañía adopte nuevas estrategias para mantenerse a la vanguardia en el sector.
  • Controlar y gestionar eficientemente los presupuestos de marketing digital, garantizando un uso óptimo de los recursos y un retorno de inversión positivo.
Requisitos Mínimos
  • Nivel fluido de inglés.
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en áreas de performance.
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en un rol de performance marketing, preferiblemente en los sectores de lujo, bienestar o hospitality.
  • Muy valorable experiencia en Agencia de marketing digital.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de campañas pagadas en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, programática y otros canales de performance.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de análisis y atribución (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Habilidad para gestionar presupuestos importantes y enfocarse en la rentabilidad.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Excelente manejo del Excel.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación de estrategias y resultados, con la capacidad de trabajar en equipos multifuncionales.
  • Dominio del inglés; otros idiomas son un plus.
