We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our internal finance team at fundcraft. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls while leading a small team of accountants. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, maintaining compliance with ES and Lux GAAP, and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and reliable financial reporting. What You'll DoFinancial Accounting & Compliance Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy of financial records. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in compliance with ES and Lux GAAP. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes. Financial Reporting Prepare and review statutory financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate internal financial reporting to management and stakeholders. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and interim reviews. Tax & Regulatory Compliance Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities and external tax advisors. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
