Spanish Customer Service Representative – Relocate To Greece Location: Athens, Greece (Relocation from Spain) Gross Salary: €1,045/month + productivity bonuses. Work Model: On-site Required Languages: Spanish + English About the Role: We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Athens, Greece. We look for individuals who excel in communication, problem‑solving, and have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
