Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job DescriptionAs a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will take on a high‑impact role with global scope, influencing regulatory decisions, market access, and risk management across regions, as well as directly shaping Syntegon’s regulatory posture worldwide. Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure Syntegon remains fully compliant with applicable national and international laws, standards, and guidelines. This includes compliance with current regulations and the proactive anticipation of forthcoming regulatory changes, ensuring Syntegon stays at the forefront of compliance and market access. Map and analyze global target markets and translate findings into implications as well as concrete regulatory requirements, timelines, and implementation plans. Establish and govern regulatory processes and organizational structures, standardizing procedures and tools across regions to ensure consistent, auditable, and efficient regulatory operations. Support regulatory aspects of due diligence activities for transactions and partnerships, assessing product-, market-, and supplier-related regulatory risks, including social and human-rights aspects in the supply chain. Interact with various stakeholder groups, such as the Legal department, external agencies, and regulatory authorities, to verify compliance and implement corrective actions. QualificationsAt least 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, ideally with experience in regulatory, compliance, or management reporting. Educational background in a relevant field such as Engineering, Law, or Sustainability, or an equivalent qualification; additional relevant certifications are a plus. Able to work effectively across different organizational levels, with strong stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to anticipate trends and synthesize cross‑functional insights into strategic actions. Excellent critical thinking skills and a structured, systematic approach to tasks complete your profile.
