Head of Growth – EdTech (Full remote – French fluent)Are you obsessed with turning insights into measurable growth? This isn’t another growth job – it’s the chance to define a new category: An ecosystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI, combining behavioral science, technology, and AI.You will be a hands‑on Head of Growth who builds experiments directly, speaks data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine.Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t; refine, reposition or stop offers based on evidence.Map and oversee the implementation of funnels and campaigns directly; set up tracking, audit flows and ensure the machine works before scaling budgets.Relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch and analyze tests yourself on headlines, pricing, offers; proactively hunt friction points and implement fixes immediately.Channel exploration & scaling: oversee Paid Social, identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume.Growth loops: design and optimize loops across product, retention, referral, and content‑to‑product chains.Sales alignment & revenue quality: build a tight feedback loop with Sales to adjust targeting based on lead quality; prioritize high‑intent leads.Manage and coach the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) – source talent, train, and lead by example.Desired OutcomesConversion rates 2× better than baseline.Continuous growth experimentation runs.A predictable, data‑driven growth engine.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.CompetenciesGrowth diagnosis & system thinking.Persuasion & behavioral insight.Analytical rigor.PersonalityCuriosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do.Hands‑on execution and precision in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.Agility: move fast, adapt instantly, and turn insights into tests within hours.Tools you’ll masterGA4, Hotjar, VWO, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, Optimizely, and other analytics and design tools.LanguageFrench: Native / Bilingual.English: Fluent; written communication is conducted in English.Hiring Process6‑to‑8 minute application survey.15‑30 minute video call with HR.Video call with VP Marketing to review background.Culture‑fit video call.Reference calls.Benefits include a remote culture from day one, flexible working hours, a magnificent office in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, generous learning budget, and a company culture based on autonomy and accountability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
