About the Role
Ensure that Las Rozas Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success Managing various projects efficiently to ensure timely completion and success Guide store managers on in-store standards and customer service Coordinate with learning and development on staff training Identifying and acquiring new products that drive innovation Analyzing sales data and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities Utilizing data to make informed decisions and improve business operations Provide weekly management reports with analysis Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales Role requirements Proven experience in international retail. Degree or relevant qualification preferred. Ability to work well with all business levels and customers. Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service. Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter. Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change. Fluent in English and Spanish, other European languages are a plus.
