You are passionate about fitness, technology and teamwork? Then join our team in Valencia as we are currently looking for a motivated Fitness Trainer (m/f/d) in part time (20hrs) Supervising: You supervise and monitor activities on the gym floor Coaching: You advise clients on proper exercise execution and the use of EGYM equipment Maintenance: You are responsible for maintenance and taking care of fitness equipment in the training room, as well as reporting incidents Training Plans: You are creating individualized and customized workout plans Guidance: You resolve doubts, guide and support members in their progress Improvement: You contribute with new proposals, creative ideas and improvements that help to enhance the experience of our users Your fitness level Qualification: You completed training as a TAFAD (physical activity and sports technician). Additional qualifications in the area of CCAFYD are an advantage Expertise: You are an expert in developing training plans as well as handling fitness equipment and have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology Tools: You are able to work with technology applied to fitness (e.g. training applications, client software, connected equipment) Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, grow and bring new ideas in a dynamic and innovative environment Drive: You are a proactive person with an ability to work autonomously but always team-oriented Communication: You are fluent in Spanish and possess basic knowledge of English (written and spoken) Your training goal for your first 6 months Reliability: You organize your working day successfully and purposefully and know how to use all the relevant tools for you and your customers Teamwork: You actively participate in teamwork and build a positive and inspiring environment for customers as well as for colleagues Sales: You manage the sales process with potential gym clients successfully Retention: You encourage customer participation in special activities to increase retention The equipment we provide Culture: Join our successful team of the innovation leader in the fitness and health industry Growth Company: Be part of a fast-growing, and solid-financed German technology company aiming to lead the digital transformation within its industry Development: Develop your skills with varied, challenging tasks and regular feedback to benefit from a steep learning curve Discounts: Get a variety of great discounted offers, from fashion to leisure, through our employee benefits portal Fitness: Train in a premium health-focused gym One Team: Experience a welcoming atmosphere in our modern office, where companionship grows with every lunch break, always accompanied by great coffee and tea
