We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Officer (B2B) with 2–3 years of experience to join our team on a permanent contract. Based in Barcelona and reporting directly to the Head of Communication, you will support and deploy our digital marketing and communication strategy across aeronautics, space, innovation and training sectors. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Digital content & social media Create and manage content for LinkedIn (main channel) and Instagram Build editorial calendars and write B2B content Analyse content performance and engagement Paid campaigns & performance Manage and optimise LinkedIn sponsored campaigns Track KPIs and analyse marketing ROI Website & SEO Update and maintain websites Optimise content according to SEO best practices Design & communication materials Create marketing assets using Canva Coordinate with graphic design agencies Email marketing Create and manage email marketing campaigns Analyse performance and optimise results Press relations Support press relations activities Write and distribute press releases Event communication Support communication before, during and after international events Travel occasionally to events if required Profile Degree in marketing, communication or related field 2–3 years of experience in a similar B2B role Strong knowledge of LinkedIn (organic & paid) and Instagram Comfortable with data, KPIs and performance analysis Experience with CMS, SEO and digital tools Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative, proactive and well organised Languages English: native or bilingual (mandatory) French: fluent Spanish: a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
