This position is well suited for a technician who values variety, independence, and quality‑driven work without the pressure of customer pay or warranty repair. You will work primarily with used vehicles across multiple makes and models, focusing on inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure road‑ready quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, inspect, and repair used vehicles to dealership standardsPerform mechanical, electrical, and safety‑related repairsConduct road tests to verify performance and repair qualityComplete work efficiently while maintaining attention to detailMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in required technical training and developmentQualificationsClass A or Class B Technician experience requiredClass A: Advanced diagnostics and full‑system repairsClass B: Maintenance, brakes, suspension, and light diagnosticsASE certifications and manufacturer training preferredStrong diagnostic and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands‑on technical workReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this positionThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or working conditions.
