Sumitomo (SHI) Cyclo Drive Germany and Hansen Industrial Transmissions offer more than 100 years of drive technology knowhow. With production locations in Markt Indersdorf near Munich and Edegem near Antwerp and subsidiaries in Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Turkey, Great Britain and India we serve the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and India. We are looking for a software developer (m/f/d) for our central IT team to maintain and further develop our ERP system and support the future migration to a new solution. Your Main Tasks Maintenance and continuous development of our own ERP system. Responsibility for comprehensive support of the ERP system in our European corporate environment. Use and further development of a wide range of technologies – from established tools to innovative approaches. Close cooperation with the design, production, assembly and sales departments to optimise our business processes. Active involvement in replacing our existing ERP system with JD Edwards, including integration of the new system architecture. Your Background Several years of practical experience in software development. In‑depth knowledge of RPG Free, CL, DDS and SQL. Experience in working with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON). Basic knowledge of Java and Office 365 is desirable. Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Strong interest in manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT). Motivation to improve production processes through clever IT solutions.
