At Agap2 , we are looking for a Principal Data Scientist to join a strategic AI initiative in the aerospace sector. The role involves leading Data Science efforts, driving the development and production deployment of advanced AI solutions, and providing strong technical leadership to high‑performing teams. Lead the Data Science team and ensure the quality, robustness, and business relevance of all deliverables. Qualifications PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. ~10+ years of experience in Data Science/AI with a proven track record leading impactful projects. Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, optimisation, and/or generative AI. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Experience in AI governance, quality assurance, and responsible AI practices. The chance to take part in challenging projects within a dynamic environment. Permanent contract from day one.
