As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will work on challenging projects for national and international clients across various industries. You will play a key role in advising, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that optimize business processes and strengthen customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities include: Analyze client business processes and recommend the best Dynamics 365 CE solutions to achieve their goals. Lead and take functional ownership of D365 CE implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Work alongside project managers to monitor scope, timelines, and project quality. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, translating their needs into effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with AI developments in D365 and leverage them to help clients work smarter, gain better insights, and manage customer relationships more effectively. Coach Junior and Medior consultants, foster knowledge sharing, and promote professional collaboration within the team. Stay current on technological trends and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem and apply them to improve client solutions. About the team You will join a dedicated team of nearly 100 Customer Engagement professionals who value and support each other. To expand your knowledge, we offer monthly team meetings, expert sessions, and full support for trainings, conferences, and workshops. What do you bring? At least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations, preferably in a consultancy environment. Deep understanding of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure, and third-party integrations. Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Experience guiding and coaching teams and acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
