This is a hands‑on contract role where you’ll work closely with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines into SnowflakeManage and optimize Snowflake warehouses, databases, schemasEnsure data quality through governance, monitoring, and validation checksSupport both batch and real‑time streaming data processingCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine data requirementsOptimize workflows for scalability and cost‑effectivenessRequired Skills & QualificationsProven track record as a Data Engineer in contract/freelance projectsStrong expertise in Snowflake (tasks, streams, query optimization)Advanced SQL skills plus exposure to relational & NoSQL databasesHands‑on experience with pipeline/orchestration tools: Airflow, dbt, Kafka, SparkProficiency in Python/Scala/Java for data engineeringSolid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflowsExperience with streaming data platforms ( Kafka, Flink )Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworksThis role offers an opportunity to work on high‑impact projects, delivering scalable data systems that power critical insights.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
