Our client: is a leading growth consulting firm with a strong foundation in academic expertise and practical market experience. Specializing in revenue growth, route-to-market strategies, and direct-to-consumer approaches, they deliver 20x returns by optimizing customer journeys, pricing, and channel strategies. With a multicultural team spanning 25+ nationalities and projects in over 70 countries, they combine analytical rigor with local insights to drive success for our clients. Their expertise spans consumer goods, telecommunications, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and services, and they deliver tailor-made strategies that align with our clients' unique needs.Requirements:More than 4 years of experience in digital transformation.At least 2 years of experience in CRM functional consulting.Strong expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics at functional level, including customization and integration.Experience in communications with executive profiles.Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.English and Spanish is a must.Although based in Barcelona, they work globally, so a willingness and ability to travel is a must.Pluses:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Microsoft Dynamics Certified…) are highly desirable.Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages like Python or SQL.Fluency in French and/or Arabic is highly valued.Experience working with tech suppliers.Experience in digital transformation in FMCG sector.Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.A results-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions for clients.BENEFITSIndefinite contract.Work hybrid in Barcelona (3 days/week at office and 2 days/week in remote) .They have over 25 nationalities under one roof, so the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment is essential.With projects lasting 12-16 weeks on average, adaptability, resilience, and a knack for problem-solving are critical.Although based in Barcelona, they work globally, so a willingness and ability to travel is a must.Attractive salary conditions: 45-70k€ gross/year to negotiate at the last stage in function of proven experience (fix and variable) .
