Buscamos un/a Contract Manager / Gerente de Contratos con sólida experiencia en proyectos industriales para incorporarse a un proyecto de hidrógeno. Responsabilidades principales Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los contratos : redacción, negociación, ejecución, seguimiento y modificaciones. Actuar como referente contractual del proyecto , asesorando a la dirección sobre las implicaciones contractuales de decisiones estratégicas. Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos contractuales , proponiendo medidas mitigadoras y acciones preventivas. Revisar, evaluar y aprobar contratos del contratista, subcontratistas y proveedores , asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del proyecto. Monitorear el desempeño contractual, garantizando el cumplimiento de obligaciones, garantías, penalizaciones y KPIs. Coordinar con Project Controls, Ingeniería, Compras y Legal la gestión de órdenes de cambio, variaciones y reclamaciones. Participar en la gestión de reclamaciones, resolución de disputas y negociaciones con contratistas y proveedores. Preparar informes, dashboards y presentaciones para la dirección del proyecto y órganos de gobernanza. Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, regulaciones locales y mejores prácticas del sector. Cualificaciones Titulación universitaria en Derecho, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o similar. 5–10 años de experiencia en gestión de contratos en proyectos industriales de gran escala. Experiencia demostrable en contratos EPC , preferiblemente en energía, hidrógeno, oil & gas o química . Conocimiento sólido de marcos comerciales, legales y de compras . Experiencia en claims, variaciones contractuales y resolución de conflictos . Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders . Nivel de inglés fluido (C1) . Manejo de herramientas de gestión contractual y Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
