Social network you want to login/join with: International** Design and Build** group specializing in **complex buildings**, we are mainly involved in **turnkey construction**, renovation and extension projects in the **Datacenter**, **Energy** & **Industry sectors**.Through our **15 locations in France and abroad**, our **650 employees** are all driven by a common passion**: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity**, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint.**Job description**:As part of our growth and organizational development around **major industrial building projects**as a **General Contractor**, we are seeking a **Project Director** to join our **Datacenter** team in Spain.Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for** leading our design & build datacenter projects**, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:- ** Strategic project management**: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts),- ** Team coordination and leadership**: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment,- ** Operational monitoring and reporting**: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees,- ** Ensuring compliance** with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements,- ** Building and maintaining strong client relationships** throughout the project and representing the company to external partners,- ** Contributing to the evolution of project management practices** and supporting internal transformations.**Profile**:With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree in electrical, you have at least **10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.**You are recognized for your **leadership skills** and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams.
