Mission Summary:Support in the development and execution of cluster & local HR initiatives. You will contribute to this mission by… - Support on the transformation HR Projects- Support on the HR Campaigns (performance process, goals setting, compensation processes, learning and development and talent management processes)- Review and update job descriptions- Build reports to follow the HR activity (KPIs)- Ensure yearly plans are adapted to strategy.- Support Employee Experience Campaigns: on-boarding yearly events, diversity, diversity....- Recruitment of trainees and non M&P (identification, interview, offer, contract generation…) and local support for M&P recruitment- Follow-up of on-boarding of new employees- Support and Follow-up of the bonus and merit campaign + other salary increases Are you a MATCH?
