We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of a large-scale Data Centre construction project in Madrid. The Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with construction progress, procurement, engineering, and commissioning milestones.The role requires close collaboration with construction, engineering, commercial, and client teams to ensure programme certainty, risk visibility, and on‑time project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish baseline programmes and manage updates throughout the project lifecycleTrack progress, identify delays, and produce look‑ahead schedulesPerform critical path, float, and impact analysisSupport change management, extensions of time (EOTs), and programme risk assessmentsInterface with construction managers, subcontractors, and package leadsIntegrate civil, M&E, procurement, engineering, and commissioning activities into the master programmePrepare and present weekly and monthly planning reports to senior management and clientSupport recovery planning and mitigation strategiesEnsure planning outputs comply with contract requirements and best practiceSoftware & ToolsAdvanced ExcelPower BI or similar reporting tools (advantageous)Skills & QualificationsRequiredProven experience as a Planner / Planning Engineer on large‑scale construction projectsBackground in M&E, Civil, or combined construction disciplinesStrong understanding of complex construction sequencing and work packagingExperience working on major projects with multiple subcontractors and interfacesStrong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsPreferredPrevious experience working on Data Centre, industrial, or other complex infrastructure projectsExperience with Tier 1 contractors or EPC contractorsEnglish language fluency (Spanish beneficial but not essential)#J-18808-Ljbffr
