LocationMadrid, Community of Madrid, SpainWhat We OfferOpportunity to accelerate the pace of digitalization & eCommerce growth through advanced technology, business intelligence, and analytics.Driving high‑impact insights enhancing decision‑making across the entire organization.Driving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiences.Interaction with senior business and eCommerce leaders on a regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change.Become part of a fast‑growing international and diverse team.Work in a strategic partnership with a world‑renowned industry leader.What You Will DoSupport day‑to‑day client interactions and contribute to building strong business relationships with a U.S.‑based client.Execute digital commerce projects with a strong focus on channel performance and optimization and translate strategy into actionable plans.Coordinate project activities, manage workstreams, oversee day‑to‑day channel operations and enhancements, and prepare materials for senior client discussions.Shape and deliver the data & analytics roadmap by defining data‑enabled hypotheses and conducting analyses on client, competitor, and industry data.Participate in internal initiatives to strengthen the team’s expertise in digital commerce, data & analytics, channel management, and delivery excellence.Support the development of team members by sharing best practices and providing on‑the‑job guidance.What You’ll BringDemonstrated expertise in Digital Commerce.8 to 10 years of consulting experience, including at least 5+ years at a project management level.Strong management and communication skills; ability to convince senior clients to act on advice.Proven ability to manage client engagements, relationships, and ensure engagement quality.Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking; high academic achievements; ability to develop leading‑edge business models.Appetite and interest in driving business development using interpersonal and commercial skills.Fluency in English.DEIB & EOI StatementAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
