For our office in Spain, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain.**What your new challenge will look like**As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:* Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system* Performing customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners* Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties involved* Providing solutions in case of transport delays* Supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks## **Why you belong at 4flow*** Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer service* Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way* Experienced user of MS Office with good communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages would be beneficial)* You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment## **What we offer**Come join 4flow and be part of our team 4flow is one of the market leaders in supply chain optimization that offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding opportunities for your individual development.
