Over the past 22 years, we've built a strong presence in the IT and consulting landscape, and we're on track to reach €1 billion in revenue this year.Our Core Areas of ExpertiseData & Technologies: We design and implement large-scale, end-to-end architecture and data solutions, including data integration, data science, visualization, Big Data, AI, and Generative AI.Cloud & Application Services: We integrate leading platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and IBM Maximo, helping clients transition to the cloud and improve operational efficiency.Management & Innovation Consulting: We lead business and digital transformation initiatives through project and change management best practices (PM, PMO, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership), and support domains such as Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ESG/Low-Carbon strategies.We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to design, operate and evolve CI/CD platforms and cloud-native infrastructure solutions that support our Banking client Corporate and Investment banking digital platforms, driving automation and reliability across development teams.We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container-based and legacy applications.Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.Operate and improve container environments (EKS, Openshift), ensuring scalability and resiliency.Support certificate lifecycle management, secrets rotation, and access control via Vault and KMS.Implement observability standards, integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch.Collaborate with developers, SREs, and security teams to enhance platform capabilities.Participate in cloud security reviews, firewall rule validation, and connectivity testing.Contribute to documentation and internal tooling improvements to share DevOps knowledge.QualificationsEXPERIENCE10 - 15 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.Proven experience in automation, cloud deployments, and platform support.Fluent in English and Spanish.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEStrong command of AWS services (EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch).Proficiency in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD tools.Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.Hands‑on with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC frameworks.Knowledge of secure secrets management and IAM policy design.Comfortable scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages.Familiarity with monitoring/alerting practices and log pipelines.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in agile teams.OTHER INFORMATIONAWS certifications (SysOps, DevOps, Architect).Background in regulated or financial environments.Experience with Cyberark, Vault, or PKI tools.Familiarity with Nexus, SonarQube, and artifact management.Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?Hybrid position based in Malaga, SpainPossibility to manage work permits.Permanent, full-time contract.Training and career development.Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.If you are passionate about data, development & tech, we want to meet youTalan Spain's commitment to non-discrimination based on gender, race, ideology, or any other reason, in accordance with the company's "Equality Plan" and the current regulations on gender equality between women and men (Royal Decree-Law 6/2019).#J-18808-Ljbffr
