As a DevOps Engineer, you will Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of our model inference API and other API's. Implement DevOps strategies for the organization. Work with development and operations teams to automate software delivery processes. Identify and implement tools and processes to improve software development and delivery. Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience. Help deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers. Participate in the design of Multiverse’s toolbox interface. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer. 2‑5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer. Experience in large‑scale, secure, and high availability solutions in the AWS Cloud, using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation / SDK, etc.). Experience building CI/CD pipelines (i.e., GitLab CI, GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD). Experience with deploying, managing, and optimizing API's in production environments. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of infrastructure and security issues.
