Senior Workday HCM Engineer – Celonis Madrid Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence. We are looking for a senior engineer to join our Workday HCM team in Madrid. The Workday HCM team is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our core HR system. Senior Workday HCM Engineer who will partner with People Ops to support HR initiatives across Workday applications, including Core HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Learning, People Analytics, and Peakon. Provide regular updates on project status, task priorities, and implementation complexity. Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow team, Workday Finance team, and IT infrastructure teams to design and implement cross‑platform solutions and integrations. Advanced‑level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs. ~ Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. ~ Exceptional benefits – generous PTO, hybrid work options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, parental leave, volunteer days, and more.
