You will be a senior member within the Spanish Liability/PI team where you will act as point of contact for junior members in the team. Contributing to the creation of segment and local business development plans which identify existing and regular flow of new business opportunities. Ensuring an effective relationship with Underwriting and Commercial colleagues and other stakeholders. Accessing and applying available UW Tools, Rating Engines, Protocols and technical insights in order to best satisfy the needs of clients and brokers by providing tailored insurance solutions. Accessing senior direction and support as appropriate. Providing guidance and coaching to less qualified/experienced colleagues where appropriate. Ensuring the Underwriting Assistant Team & the OPS Team capture and record data in a timely and accurate fashion. You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree and solid experience in Liability/PI Underwriting. You have an internal and external network of contacts both within the Functional Liability community and beyond. You are a team player and are seen as a role model by peers and more junior staff.
