Provides support to the business units, not only with respect to the Konecranes P&C processes but also regarding the operational tasks. Wider support to businesses in talent acquisition tasks: Support to the manager in the whole recruitment process: kick off meeting, job description, establish a realistic deadline, sources to be decided. To implement different sources when searching new talents, mainly using 2.0 tools such as LinkedIn, local employment websites, professional associations, among others. To support the managers in the selection process: job ads, screening of CVs, performing interviews, etc. Acts as an interlocutor with employees to resolve doubts related to payroll (outsourced), labour‐related queries, etc. keeping up databases or other relevant tasks). Ensures all regulatory and compliance requirements are met regarding own work in conjunction with internal standards and external regulation, provides support to business in own area of responsibility. Responds to enquiries and assists employees and managers in administrative tasks. Maintain and update other Human Resource databases (e.g., Works cross‐functionally with other teams and departments not only in a country level but also in a function level either corporate or regional People & Culture team. Bachelor's degree either in Human Resources, or in Finance/Business administration. Experience in HR ERPs, ideally Success Factors (SAP). Advanced skills in Excel as well in the rest of the MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent command in English. Personal Skills Good task planner.
