Acompañar la evolución del negocio hacia productos de mayor valor añadido y soluciones más sostenibles. Actuar como partner del negocio, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. # ; El perfil Formación superior en Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Mecánica o similar). Experiencia consolidada en entornos industriales de proceso continuo. Trayectoria senior liderando operaciones, plantas o perímetros industriales relevantes. Alta credibilidad técnica y capacidad para liderar equipos experimentados. Visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar escenarios complejos y de cambio.
