Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.What you will do: In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, significantly impacting their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.● Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns● Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives● Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability● Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone callsRequirements: ● BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)● 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising● Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Good time management and organizational skills● Strong analytical skills● Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals● Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment● Native level of French● High level of EnglishBenefits: ● Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)● Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonuses● Hybrid working model in Barcelona● Referral Program: Bring a Friend and earn up to €2,000 depending on the language/project● Taxes between 20-24%● Permanent Contract● Relocation package including flight ticket, accommodation in a studio, and support with private health insurance● 3-week intensive training on products and sales● Excellent work environment, colleagues, social activities, and personal development opportunities Note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
