Our client a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury real estate sector in Ibiza is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Director will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Ibiza’s real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team preferably in the real estate sector and will speak English and Spanish fluently.Requirements5 years of experience in the real estate sector3 years of experience managing a sales team (beneficial)Strong leadership and team management skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of luxury real estate market essentialFluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentMust live in Ibiza or be prepared to relocateMust have a Spanish driving license and car.ResponsibilitiesDealing with buyers and vendors - acquisition and sale of propertiesManaging the company’s sales team and providing leadership training and coachingExpand and maintain the client networkDevelop the sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenueSet individual targets with the sales teamOversee and improve the existing sales processesAnalyse and interpret sales figures and propose ways to improve them.Provide support and guidance to the sales team members to ensure they have all the resources and tools they need to do the job.Prepare market analysis and property presentationsContracted competitive financial package OTE-00 per annum - 2500 gross per month 5% office over ride 20% own property sale.Excellent work environment and opportunity to work with a well-established company.Access to a wide range of luxury properties and projects.Excellent earning potential.If meet the requirements and would like to apply please send a copy of your CV in English.Key SkillsBusiness DevelopmentSales ExperienceDirect SalesMarketingSAASHotel ExperienceManagement ExperienceRevenue ManagementSalesforceSales ManagementEnterprise SalesNegotiationEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1Monthly Salary : 2500 - 2500#J-18808-Ljbffr
