Job Title Product Specialist – Catalonia – Spain - Candidates are required to live in Barcelona area. Job Overview We have a vacancy for a motivated professional to join our Spanish Anaesthesia Care sales team to contribute to the continued success of our growing global business. As a Product Specialist you will be selling a range of products to key decision makers in OR, NORA and Sedation related Depts in the assigned territory/area. You will work in partnership with our current sales team that sell into the hospitals and acute care markets to develop pathways leading to successful sales outcomes. This will be achieved through effective sales strategies and techniques, customer education, regular training sessions and ongoing market development duties. Effective territory management, self‑motivation and planning are vital. Responsibilities Manage, maintain and grow the assigned territory market. Regularly meet with clients to build awareness of their region, understand their needs and deliver planned training sessions with healthcare professionals. Regularly analyse, track and report on your territory/area - monitoring sales KPIs, using CRM and Power BI data. Identify business growth area, align sales strategies and tactical plans to develop long term strategic partnerships. Build relationships with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders, and healthcare professionals in Anaesthesia areas. Network at trade shows and conferences. Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organisation Continuous professional development to keep up to date with developments in Anaesthesia, healthcare services products and research. Education and experience requirements You have experience working as nurse (valuable some sales experience) and a strong desire to enter into a sales environment. Alternately you can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts. Either way, we will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. In addition, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people. Life science degree or medical, biomedical, or technical / engineering background and have a strong desire to enter a sales environment. 3-4 years sales/specialist experience and can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts in anaesthesia/OR/NORA/PACU or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and have a good level of English Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory Salary Range To be discussed during the interview.
