Assistant Mechanic - Early Careers Program FieldCore invites you to join the Gas Power One Field Services team in Spain. This role is part of the Early Careers Mechanical Engineering Program, where you will grow technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership skills through in‑person and online training and hands‑on experience with seasoned Mechanical Technicians.Responsibilities Work as a Mechanical Assistant, installing, maintaining and repairing heavy rotating machinery used in power generation applications.Receive direction onsite from Lead or Senior Turbine Mechanics and collaborate with Skilled Craft Labour Supervisors, EHS personnel and the Operations Department to achieve project goals.Travel extensively to projects and field assignments, including holidays, weekends and overtime as required.Qualifications High school graduate with a qualification in Science, Technical, Engineering or Maths subject.Strong ownership and work ethic.Desire to learn and solve problems.Positive can‑do attitude and effective communication with internal and external customers.Basic English language skills.Benefits The Early Careers Program provides a structured curriculum, on‑the‑job training, and clear career progression opportunities across the power generation industry.Inclusion & Diversity We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
