Planta industrial | Jornada completa Ecoventi Sistemas es una empresa industrial especializada en el diseño, fabricación y comercialización de film estirable técnico y soluciones de embalaje industrial, con una clara orientación a la innovación, sostenibilidad y mejora continua de procesos. Buscamos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Calidad y Mejora Continua para reforzar nuestro equipo de planta y participar activamente en la optimización de procesos y la excelencia operacional. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles de calidad de proceso y producto, así como de las normativas de seguridad, calidad y buenas prácticas de fabricación. Gestionar incidencias de calidad internas y externas, incluyendo análisis y seguimiento de acciones. Elaborar, revisar y controlar la documentación del sistema de calidad y medioambiente, así como dar soporte y participar en auditorías externas de certificación (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, entre otras). Participar en proyectos de Excelencia Operacional (reducción de costes, tiempos, mermas y mejora de la seguridad). Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua e I+D junto a los mandos intermedios. Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Organización o similar. Muy valorable Máster en Producción, Organización Industrial, Calidad o Mejora Continua, o experiencia contrastada en Lean Manufacturing. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en entornos industriales, liderando o coordinando procesos de fabricación. Experiencia en: Herramientas de calidad y gestión de incidencias. Inglés nivel intermedio. Persona creativa y resolutiva Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de comunicación e influencia. Perfil proactivo, responsable y orientado a la mejora continua. Horario ~ Jornada partida de lunes a viernes: 9:00–14:00 y 15:00–18:00. ¿Incorporación a una empresa industrial sólida y en crecimiento. Trabajamos bajo ERP a medida.
