**Job Summary:** As a critical facilities leader, you will oversee the strategic management of our data center operations. This includes leading comprehensive engineering operations and maintenance across our availability zones. To succeed in this role, you must have experience managing large-scale services and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations. Basic Qualifications: - Experience in people management and team development - Experience in engineering work, managing large-scale services - Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, The successful candidate will be responsible for developing risk management strategies to ensure business continuity while maintaining high levels of reliability. They also contribute to coordination with cross-functional teams on optimizing facility performance.
