Napintas Logistics and Distribution, Inc. is hiring HR Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably, graduate of BSBA major in HRDM, BS Psychology or any related course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2 years HR practitioners experience in FMCG environment is an advantage.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Organization and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge on company policies, principles and labor laws.
Knowledge in MS Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Handle employee records, facilitate training, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Managing employee complaints, creating and releasing notices to employees.
Other HR related tasks such as hiring and training of employees.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php11,346.25 per month
