Overview Arquitecto de Soluciones - Solutions Architect en LHH. Descripción basada en la oferta de empleo para incorporación directa en filial de un importante Grupo Bancario. Responsibilities Participar en el diseño y evolución de la arquitectura de aplicaciones, asegurando su alineación con los estándares y directrices corporativas. Colaborar en la definición e implementación de la estrategia de adopción de servicios cloud, en coordinación con los equipos del grupo. Actuar como interlocutor/a técnico/a con el proveedor de infraestructuras, asegurando la correcta integración y operación de los servicios. Participar en la definición y supervisión de la observabilidad de los sistemas (monitorización, trazabilidad, alertas). Contribuir a la planificación y ejecución de planes de contingencia tecnológica y continuidad operativa. Asegurar que las soluciones tecnológicas cumplen con los marcos regulatorios aplicables, incluyendo DORA y otras normativas relevantes del sector financiero. Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para proponer soluciones eficientes y sostenibles. Documentar arquitecturas, decisiones técnicas y buenas prácticas. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y seguridad para asegurar la coherencia arquitectónica de las soluciones. Requirements Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de aplicaciones, preferentemente en entornos financieros o de servicios tecnológico. Conocimientos sólidos en arquitecturas basadas en microservicios, APIs REST, contenedores y plataformas cloud. Experiencia en proyectos de observabilidad, continuidad operativa o gestión de infraestructura tecnológica. Familiaridad con herramientas de integración y despliegue continuos (CI/CD). Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y herramientas asociadas (JIRA, Confluence). Capacidad para evaluar y mitigar riesgos operacionales derivados de soluciones no alineadas (shadow IT). Muy valorable certificación PM. Nivel muy alto/bilingüe de inglés con experiencia demostrable en proyectos internacionales. Titulación superior en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar; se valorará formación adicional en innovación, transformación digital o gestión de producto. Competencies Habilidades de comunicación técnica y funcional. Capacidad de adaptación a entornos regulados y estructuras corporativas. Visión estratégica y capacidad de anticipación tecnológica. Liderazgo en entornos multidisciplinares. Habilidades de comunicación y negociación con stakeholders internos y externos. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para generar impacto tangible. Espíritu emprendedor y actitud proactiva ante el cambio. Valuable additional requirements Experiencia en entornos de Asset Management o servicios financieros. Participación en iniciativas de transformación digital en el sector financiero. Certificaciones técnicas (Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.). Conocimiento de marcos regulatorios como DORA, GDPR, MiFID II, etc. Participación en proyectos de migración a la nube o modernización de aplicaciones. Experiencia en gestión de relaciones con proveedores tecnológicos. Experiencia en gestión del cambio y adopción tecnológica en organizaciones complejas.
