Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You’ll Do Full Lifecycle Product & Facility Protection Access Control Systems (badge, biometric, visitor management)Global CCTV Network (analytics, retention, SOC monitoring)Intrusion Detection & Alarm SystemsFire Detection & Suppression IntegrationSecure server rooms, vaults, classified zones, and perimeter technologiesSecurity incident management platform and integrated response workflowsEnsure unified architecture, standardization, and alignment across all Destinus sitesLead secure facility design and upgrades, including hardening, zoning, SCIFEnsure compliance with various European defense standardsLead all contracted and internal guarding teams across Europe.Create and enforce SOPs for access control, screening, patrols, emergency response, vehicle checks, and secure loading/unloading.Ensure guards operate to defence‑industry standards and are trained in threats relevant to aerospace and dual‑use technology.Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) – 24/7 Operations Manage and oversee the global, manned 24/7/365 Security Operations Center, responsible for Develop GSOC playbooks, SLA‑based response standards, KPIs, and incident categories.Ensure 24/7 readiness, redundancy, and business continuity of the security monitoring function.Integrate the GSOC with IT Security Operations, Crisis Management, and national security authorities.Continuously improve operator training, system resilience, analytic capabilities, and threat detection coverage.Supply Chain Physical Security & Anti‑Tamper Implement a Zero‑Trust physical supply chain model, including anti‑tamper seals, custody tracking, and secure logistics requirements.Conduct physical security auditsProtect high‑risk inbound or outbound shipments and transportationInsider Threat & Personnel Security Manage the physical dimensions of the Insider Threat ProgramSupport deep screening and clearance processes for individualsBuild strong security culture focusing on physical awareness, tailgating prevention, and secure handling behaviors.Crisis Management & Government Liaison Lead response to security incidentsAct as a local point of contact for security servicesCoordinate investigations, debriefings, root cause assessments, and site hardening actions.What You’ll Need 5–10+ years managing physical security in defence, aerospace, critical infrastructure or high‑security facilities.Direct experience with enterprise security operations centers (GSOCs) and 24/7 monitoring environments.Proven experience managing guarding operations and multi‑country facility security programs.Mastery of access control, CCTV architectures, alarm systems, fire integration, and physical security engineering.Strong understanding of secure facility design (CPTED, SCIF/Closed Areas, TBB/ABDO requirements).Experience integrating physical security technology with cyber and IT systems.Eligible for high‑level various national security clearances.Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.Familiar with ABDO/TBB (NL MoD requirements)NATO security standardsTAPA FSR/TSRISO 27001/28000/22301Export controls (ITAR/EAR/EU)European national security legislationWho You Are You operate with healthy skepticism and a sharp instinct for proactive threat anticipation.
