Please review our consulting specializations to learn more about all opportunities and apply for the position that is best suited to your background and experience: Role and ResponsibilitiesClient Impact• Developing deliverables on multiple projects, working in different workstreams and presentations to the clients• Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value• Contribute to build relationship with both clients and internal senior stakeholdersTeam Collaboration & Culture• Plan, organize, and structure own work and the junior team to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses and findings, and create impactful storylines• Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution developmentQualifications & ExperienceBasic qualifications (required)• Undergraduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or payments (ideally both), with experience managing clients and/or internal stakeholders• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills• Native Spanish and full proficiency in English• Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis• Eligibility to work in Spain, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needsPreferred qualifications (nice to have)• Additional languages, especially Catalan native speakers• Relevant industry expertise• MBA or master's degree with relevant specializationAbout us (Advisors & Consulting Services)Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.
