Empresa tecnológica, en plena expansión y líder en su sector, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Presales Engineer en Sant Cugat del Vallès. RESPONSABILIDADES- Establecer objetivos claros del estado de las preventas y realizar el seguimiento con cuadros de mando y KPIs.- Encontrar la solución más idónea a las necesidades de los clientes y proponer las aplicaciones y soluciones más adecuadas.- Promover el valor de las soluciones aportadas.- Incrementar la venta cruzada de soluciones y servicios promoviendo nuestra imagen de empresa.- Promover el valor que aportamos a través de la experiencia del cliente.- Participar en la creación de contenido técnico de soluciones para dar soporte a la venta (demos, ppts...). - Capacitar al equipo técnico y comercial internamente. Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:- Aportar al menos cinco años de experiencia en un puesto de preventa tecnológica. - Experiencia y conocimientos en tecnologías de automatización y digitalización. - Capacidad para formarte en las tecnologías con las que trabajan. - Conocimientos técnicos de procesos e infraestructuras. - Capacidad para comunicarte y fomentar relaciones positivas con el cliente. - Capacidad pedagógica y de persuasión modelable en función del interlocutor. - Solvencia para la realización de demostraciones de productos y soluciones. - Acreditar formación en Ingeniería electrónica y automática y/o telecomunicaciones. - Acreditar un nivel alto de inglés.
