Job Description Faszination GmbH, a leader in the Medical Equipment industry, is seeking an experienced Simulation Engineer specializing in QA and Performance Testing to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge medical technologies. As a Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing simulation models to test the performance and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and ensure our solutions meet the highest industry standards. Develop and implement simulation models to test product performance and reliability. Conduct thorough performance testing and quality assurance for new and existing products. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify and resolve performance issues. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Profile We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and technical roles within the MedTech sector. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in simulation engineering and performance testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in simulation software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work effectively. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
