Overview ✨ Are you a professional, approachable and highly organised Receptionist seeking the opportunity to work in a dynamic and welcoming international school environment?We are looking to appoint an exceptional Receptionist and Administrative Support professional to join our friendly and dedicated team. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and pupils, the successful candidate will play a key role in representing the School and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all who visit or contact us.Responsibilities This varied role requires someone who is highly organised, diligent and flexible, with the ability to multitask and respond calmly and efficiently in a busy school environment where no two days are the same. A positive, “can do” approach and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.In addition to front-of-house duties, the role includes providing administrative support across the School, requiring good IT skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks accurately and efficiently.Requirements The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate an excellent standard of spoken and written English and Spanish , both of which are essential for this position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine commitment to supporting the smooth and effective running of the School are also essential.
