At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an Online Store Manager to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the official online store. Track and analyse sales and traffic related data, and provide insights and optimization suggestions based on the performance. End-to-End Store Campaign Management New Product Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with local team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for country. Coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources for successful local Amazon online store launches. National Promotion Plan Management: Based on the overall strategy of Pan-European Amazon, coordinate with local GTM team to formulate monthly sales plan. Product Operations management: Guide operation specialist for product listing, including listing optimization, Q&A and reviews. Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock risks. Conduct daily store inspections to identify operation-related issues, and track issues solving progress. E-commerce Creative & Visual Execution Guide design specialist for assets localization and optimization. Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for Amazon user experience. Conduct regular checks on unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.
