Run what runs the world.Work model: Hybrid (preferred living locations are in Europe).This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division, Critical Power Product Group.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesManage tenders, risk reviews, and ensure proposals for PTU are timely, competitive, and profitable using ABB tools and databases.Lead the design and development of PTU solutions for data centers and/or other mission critical applications, including medium and low voltage distribution, medium and low voltage UPS systems and others.Implement proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.Interpret technical documentation to align with design intent and provide applications engineering support to customers and sales teams.Collaborate across internal teams and vendor partners to develop executable proposals, negotiate effectively, and leverage ABB’s full product portfolio.Ensure compliance with customer requirements and government contracting standards while proactively seeking training to enhance commercial operations capabilities.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.Experience working in the electrical distribution industry; data center experience is preferred.10+ years of experience required; previous project engineering, quotations, contract negotiation or technical sales experience preferred, and more than 5 years PTU solutions experience is required.
