At our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, research facilities in Heidelberg, Germany, and additional offices across Europe and the United States, we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios. We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon‑based products in other therapeutic areas and markets. We are seeking a passionate Commercial Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding global organization. This is a cross‑functional role that will report directly to the Associate Director, Marketing and will work very closely with the Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly established Iberian affiliate and to become part of a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results. You will work full time (40 hours / week) – from 9.00 am to 18.00 pm- and you will be expected to work in the office 3+ days per week. Generate periodic reports on the status of POs, contracts, and compliance for the commercial team. Coordinate the review, signing, and filing of commercial contracts, in collaboration with the legal team. Provide admin support to Commercial teams (Sales, Marketing and Market Access) in terms of logistics for events. Support Office Manager’s overview of Commercial investments / budget tracking. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies related to commercial compliance. Keep the contract database and associated documentation up to date. Act as a point of contact between sales, finance, legal teams, and clients for matters related to commercial operations. Maintain direct contact with Global Legal, Compliance, Finance and Pharmacovigilance. Participate in Brand Teams organized by marketing. Support internal and external audits related to commercial documentation. Commit to making the office a welcoming atmosphere. You have a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset and are able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease. You collaborate effectively across functions such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Office Management, and work seamlessly with global teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes.
