Requirements Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an additional advantage. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
