Overview Senior Director of Operations – Spain (Hospitality) – Madrid (Spain). Ref: HL July 15, 2025 From Catenon, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Senior Director of Operations para uno de nuestros clientes líderes en el sector hospitality. Se trata de una posición estratégica, clave en su fase actual de crecimiento y transformación. Liderar la estrategia operativa en España, garantizando la excelencia en la entrega de servicios, el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y financieros, y la alineación con las metas globales de la organización. Esta posición es clave en la evolución de la plataforma operativa nacional, optimizando recursos y maximizando el rendimiento de los activos gestionados. Responsibilities Dirigir la estrategia y ejecución de operaciones en España, asegurando una oferta de servicios competitiva y de alta calidad. Evaluar y optimizar el rendimiento de las operaciones existentes, identificando oportunidades para maximizar el ingreso neto operativo y el retorno de la inversión. Supervisar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs), analizando informes de gestión y retroalimentación de clientes, empleados y otras áreas, para proponer y ejecutar mejoras. Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, tanto en términos de rentabilidad como de expansión, mediante la mejora continua de procesos y estructuras. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (inversiones, desarrollo, tecnología, etc.) para alinear objetivos estratégicos y operativos. Promover el cumplimiento normativo, la estandarización de procesos y la implementación de mejores prácticas. Participar en comités y revisiones estratégicas, incluyendo presentaciones ante clientes e inversores. Representar a la compañía en entornos profesionales y construir una red de contactos clave que respalden el crecimiento del área de operaciones. Liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento, asegurando su alineación con la cultura y valores corporativos. Elaborar reportes financieros, administrativos y de gestión, según sea requerido. Perfil del Candidato/a Formación Académica: Titulación universitaria en administración, dirección de empresas, gestión o campos afines. Se valorará positivamente formación de posgrado (MBA o similar). Experiencia Profesional: Trayectoria consolidada liderando operaciones en entornos complejos, preferentemente con experiencia regional o multinacional. Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos, gestionar estructuras operativas, y contribuir activamente al crecimiento del negocio. Experiencia trabajando en colaboración con áreas corporativas (finanzas, desarrollo, tecnología, inversión, etc.). Competencias Técnicas y Digitales: Dominio avanzado de herramientas Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint. Conocimiento en el uso de sistemas de gestión empresarial, preferiblemente en sectores relacionados con activos o servicios. Idiomas: Español e inglés a nivel fluido. Otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.
