Who we are looking for Experienced Digital Leader: 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading digital portfolios in B2B. Proven success in driving revenue and customer impact. Strategic & Execution‑Focused: Strong ability to turn vision into actionable strategies. Track record of launching and scaling digital solutions. Team Builder: Skilled in leading distributed teams across regions. Inspires, mentors, and drives performance. Data‑Driven: Comfortable with KPIs, P&L responsibility, and using analytics to guide decisions. Tech‑Savvy: Solid understanding of IoT, SaaS, mobile platforms, APIs, and enterprise software. Experience in smart buildings or industrial IoT is a plus. Global Mindset: Experienced in international, matrixed environments. Adapts strategies across cultures and time zones.
