Job Description We are seeking a renewals sales leader to lead our EMEA South Renewals organisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving the retention and growth of our existing customer base through strategic renewal execution. As the Director of Renewals , you will partner closely with regional Sales leadership to design and operationalise a cohesive renewals sales strategy that supports our enterprise customers and delivers sustainable recurring revenue. Renewals are the lifeblood of our SaaS business , and we’re looking for a leader who can champion a high-performing renewals motion , elevate team capability, and deliver against retention and upsell targets while fostering strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. What you get to do in this role: Own and lead the EMEA South renewals sales strategy , driving accountability for achieving retention and growth targets across the region. Partner with EMEA Renewals leadership to align strategy, share best practices, and standardise renewal processes across regions.
