Diseñar, implantar y liderar el modelo corporativo de Customer Care, garantizando una atención eficiente, homogénea y alineada con las necesidades del negocio, impulsando la fidelización y la mejora continua del servicio. Crear y consolidar el área de Customer Care corporativo, integrando los equipos actuales en una única estructura. Definir el modelo operativo, procesos y estándares de atención al cliente. Liderar la gestión del cambio y acompañar al equipo en la adopción del nuevo modelo. Gestión operativa y de la demanda Supervisar procesos de atención y seguimiento de solicitudes multicanal. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de la compañía (Calidad, Seguridad, Continuidad, etc.). Procesos, herramientas y análisis Implantar y asegurar el uso de la herramienta de ticketing como sistema único de control. Experiencia de cliente y fidelización Impulsar acciones de fidelización y retención basadas en datos y experiencia del cliente. Velar por la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de estándares. Organizar y supervisar la actividad del equipo. Dirigir, desarrollar y motivar al equipo (20-25 personas). Formación Formación superior (universitaria o FP de Grado Superior) . Se valorará experiencia profesional equivalente , sólida y contrastada, en gestión de equipos de atención al cliente. Formación específica en Customer Care, gestión de la calidad del servicio, liderazgo de equipos o gestión del cambio (valorable). Experiencia Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en posiciones de responsabilidad en áreas de Customer Care, Call Center o Contact Center. Experiencia demostrable en gestión directa de equipos y control de la actividad mediante KPIs. Valorable experiencia en proyectos de mejora de calidad, automatización o implantación de herramientas. Gestión de equipos de atención al cliente. Seguimiento de actividad y control de calidad del servicio. Análisis de datos de servicio para identificación de tendencias. Herramientas de ticketing, CRM o sistemas de reporting (valorable). Nivel alto de inglés. Posición con impacto real en la experiencia de cliente y en la organización. xohynlm Desarrollo profesional y formación continua.
