Apply now and be a part of easyJet’s first digital hub, in the heart of Barcelona As a Digital Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of a key domain within a multi-domain mission, delivering a high impact product, turning vision into execution. Working alongside other Product Owners, you’ll play a key role in delivering one of our most impactful products, shaping how it comes to life for customers and the business. Collaborate with other Product Owners to align across the broader product ecosystem. Partner closely with engineering, UX, and data to discover, define, and deliver high-value solutions. Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical mindset - using data to prioritize, measure, and learn. ~ Excellent communication skills - able to adapt from senior leadership to engineering teams. ~ Track record of working effectively with UX Design, UX Research, and engineering. ~3-5+ years’ experience & understanding of IT development processes 25 days holiday ~ BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes ~
