You will coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, logistics, engineering, and suppliers to meet project milestones.ResponsibilitiesParticipating in 70%, 90%, 100% Hand‑Off meetings to represent and raise planning issues including: BOM, NPI, Domestic Content, Delivery Schedule/Lead TimeEnsuring that new projects under contract are planned and allocated in the Nextpower system (Anaplan)Ensuring that the delivery plan for each project conforms to the contractual agreementTroubleshooting any delivery concerns by working with Planning, Logistics and Project ManagersEnsuring logistics terms are metEnsuring on‑time delivery to planReviewing project PO vs. SO variances in order to align supply with demand until fulfilledDriving supplier on‑time shipment (OTS) and project on‑time delivery (OTD) for regionPoint person to coordinate with engineering, sourcing, NPI and logistics for project successBuilding operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement process managementSupporting testing and adoption of Anaplan to expedite planning system transformationEnsuring data integrity of supply chain planning data and management of the data flowQualificationsBachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred10+ years experience in Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply Chain, or ManufacturingExperience in Construction Projects (preferred)Solar, Semiconductor, or Steel manufacturing industry experience (preferred)Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detailAdvanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access requiredEnglish and Spanish C1/C2Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasetAbility to build, negotiate and sustain networking relationshipsAbility to work in fast pace and global start‑up environmentKey CharacteristicsStrong Cross‑Functional Networking Skills, ability to lead across disciplinesAbility to both analyze as well as clearly communicate risks and recovery plansWillingness to represent the Supply Chain organization to our internal customers, acting as the owner for all functionsAbility to learn and adapt to a dynamic and demanding environmentAbility to collaborate with other teams to problem‑solveEnthusiasm to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environmentAt Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility‑scale power plants.
