Continuous Improvement Manager - People & CultureAmadeus Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainOverviewThe Continuous Improvement Manager translates the P&C strategy into a unified operational excellence framework that harmonizes the employee experience, optimizes efficiency, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll develop and implement scalable, data‑driven processes that are systematically refined to anticipate and meet evolving employee and business needs. You’ll work on integrating AI solutions and digital automation to streamline workflows and elevate operational impact, as a P&C strategic connector promoting consistency and sustainable value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence by leading process reviews to identify deviations and minimize waste.Champion process mapping initiatives across Centers of Excellence to establish a unified operational framework that visualizes end‑to‑end workflows, uncovers interdependencies, and fosters a shared understanding.Leverage engagement results and Voice of Customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.Establish knowledge‑management frameworks to document and standardize processes.Develop a multi‑year Operational Excellence Maturity Model to assess P&C operational effectiveness against strategic benchmarks.Conduct external benchmarking to identify industry best practices and integrate relevant insights.Lead change‑management initiatives in partnership with Centers of Excellence.Promote a systems‑thinking approach to ensure cohesive execution and consistency in service delivery.Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, such as RPA, AI, and process mining.Leverage data analytics to assess P&C performance, identify operational trends and gaps, and inform data‑driven recommendations that enhance efficiency.Scale implemented digital solutions across COEs and measure ROI of operational initiatives to ensure tangible business value.Develop metrics to evaluate the impact of operational excellence initiatives, delivering actionable insights to P&C Leadership that support data‑informed decision‑making and strategic planning.The Ideal CandidateLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Proficiency in Agile methodologies.7–10 years of relevant experience in advanced process transformation.Proven background in leading Continuous Improvement transformations using traditional project management and Agile frameworks.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leadership.Strong track record of leading change‑management initiatives within large‑scale transformation projects.Experience leveraging data analytics.Experience identifying and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and process visibility.What We Can Offer YouCompetitive rewards package including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and health insurance, lunch and transport allowance, and other benefits.Global work environment with a truly global DNA.Learning opportunities through on‑the‑job training and formal learning activities.Caring and supportive workplace culture.Flexible working model to support work‑life balance.Commitment to diversity and inclusion.Reliable company with trust and integrity.Mission‑driven purpose powering the future of travel.Diversity & InclusionAmadeus is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
